1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Custom‑made, personalized, or special‑order items are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
- Pack the item securely, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship it using a trackable carrier.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect, error, or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.
5. Non‑Refundable Items
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and digital content.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.
- Any product that has been altered, damaged, or used beyond normal wear.
6. Exchanges
